HxAR 2.0 is a development preview.Current App Store release: HxAR 1.2 ↗

Accessibility

HxAR should be understandable before it feels futuristic.

Meta Home Limited aims to make the HxAR website and app usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people using assistive technology.

Important information

Apple’s current HxAR listing does not yet declare supported accessibility features. This page describes the website approach and the app work being reviewed; it is not an Apple Accessibility Nutrition Label.

01

Website approach

The website uses semantic headings and links, visible keyboard focus, high-contrast text, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support.

Important information is presented as text rather than being available only inside images or animation.

02

App approach

HxAR uses native Apple interface technologies where practical and continues to review labels, Dynamic Type behaviour, control clarity, contrast and alternatives for spatial interactions.

Some camera and augmented-reality experiences inherently depend on visual and physical context. We want feedback on barriers that make those experiences harder to use.

03

Report a barrier

Email admin@hxar.io with the page or app area, your device, the assistive technology being used and a short description of what prevented access.
