Email is the published support route for a content or safety concern. Do not continue interacting with content that appears dangerous, and contact the appropriate local authority when urgent help is needed.

For an immediate threat or emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service. HxAR support is not an emergency service and does not monitor locations in real time.

Information that helps
Include only the information needed to identify and assess the concern.
- The creator username or profile name.
- The story, object, property or HexTile name.
- The approximate place and date it appeared.
- A short explanation of the concern.
- A screenshot if it can be captured safely and lawfully.
