Purchases and refunds
Understand HxAR purchases before you confirm.
HxAR is free to download. Optional digital items, including Hexagon Token packs, are offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
The product table and UK prices on the Pricing page were checked on 27 July 2026. Apple’s purchase sheet shows the price and terms that apply in your country or region.

- 100 Hexagon Tokens — £9.99 in the UK storefront.
- 220 Hexagon Tokens — £19.99 in the UK storefront.

Apple handles payment
The price shown by Apple at the point of purchase is the price that applies. Taxes, currency and availability can vary by country or region.
HxAR does not sell app-based digital features through this website. Do not send card details or Apple account credentials to HxAR support.
Hexagon Tokens
Token packs are consumable in-app purchases used within HxAR. They are not legal tender, a bank balance, cryptocurrency or an investment.
Purchased Hexagon Tokens do not expire. Token packs are consumable purchases, so Apple’s conventional Restore Purchases action does not apply. HxAR listens for StoreKit transaction updates and checks interrupted transactions when it launches.
Interrupted or missing purchases
First allow the purchase to finish and check the wallet again on a reliable connection. Do not repeatedly buy the same pack while a transaction is pending.
Purchase recovery is best-effort. If a verified purchase is still missing, contact HxAR purchase support before buying the pack again. Send the Apple order reference, product name, approximate time, device model and HxAR username. Never send payment-card details.
HxARBooks subscriptions are separate
HxARBooks Pro is not part of HxAR. Its UK App Store listing currently shows £4.99 monthly and £49.99 annually. Subscription renewal and cancellation are managed through Apple.
Request a refund from Apple
Apple processes App Store payments and decides refund requests. Use Apple’s Report a Problem service and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
