A property begins as an in-app group
The property record brings grouped HexTiles, location, member folders and management routes into one place. The 42-tile total belongs to this Education example; it is not a required size for every property.
Words such as property and ownership describe a time-limited virtual entitlement inside HxAR. They do not convey physical land, title, tenancy, access permission or any other real-property right.
The grouped area becomes a digital setting
The entrance-hall screenshot explores how a virtual property can become a navigable building with connected rooms, a directory and an avatar presence.
The interior view then explores what can happen after entering the virtual structure: rooms, doors, camera controls, movement and property-management actions can give the grouped area an inside.
Virtual ownership is renewable and time-limited
In the current HxAR 2.0 development model, an eligible HexTile claim grants a renewable one-year virtual entitlement. Returning with a valid sign-in before the renewal deadline can renew it at no token cost. Development rules may change before release.
